Restaurant design is not only a reflection of the business plan and a comfortable place to enjoy the cuisine. This is the poetics of space, every detail associated with the image and atmosphere. For the GRANAT Restaurant we have developed not only the interior and exterior, but also joined in the development of the business concept of the restaurant.
Customers approached us with the task of creating a restaurant of Caucasian cuisine. The existing frame of the building, the desired atmosphere of Armenian hospitality and the opportunity to come both for a daily business lunch and to celebrate important life events with a large family circle are the main initial conditions of this project.
Starting to design the interior design of the existing building, we also developed the concept of the name, reflecting the harmony of the place and cuisine. The pomegranate in the Armenian tradition acts as a symbol of life and prosperity, prosperity and fertility. The rich history of the country, traditions and special hospitality of the local people became the key features of the concept.
The first floor, where the restaurant is located, is made in dark shades, the second - in light colors, which maximally reveals the special atmosphere of the solemnity of the banquet hall. The clients approached us with a request to create a cozy space that allows for lavish, noisy Armenian weddings, as previously there were no suitable restaurants in the city.
