Pre-project analysis

We explore the site of the future facility, research and analyze the initial data, normative papers and possible legal restrictions. We help to draw up a task program, make sketches of the general layout and space-planning solutions and carry out preliminary calculations of the core indicators. Our methods allow us to reduce investment risks when choosing a site and help to choose the best program option for further development of the project.

Schematic Design

It’s necessary for planning the budget and payback of the facility, obtaining preliminary approvals from state authorities and investors. The scope of the project: placement of an object on the design site, development of architectural and planning and fundamental engineering solutions, basic technical and economic performance, visual landscape analysis and historical and architectural research. We engage additional experts, if necessary, to prepare the transport and urban planning sections.

Design Drawings

It’s required to pass an examination and obtain a building permit in accordance with laws and regulations. We develop graphic materials, carry out calculations and coordinate the facility with the expertise. On the basis of the coordinated project materials, a permit for construction works is issued.

Construction Documents

A complete set of construction documentation for all major sections, including drawings, explanatory notes, specifications, units and details.

Architectural Supervision

We provide author's support of construction, installation and finishing works, controlling the earlier design decisions. This is a guarantee that the work will be carried out in strict accordance with the working documentation and the underlying concept of space.
