The new residential district is part of a developing urban agglomeration. The active process of urbanization of the territory around the district set a powerful vector in the process of searching for the concept. We came up with the idea of a 15-minute city as a model for a healthy and prosperous life for citizens. The combination of public and more intimate spaces, together with the first floors given over to commerce, create a comfortable living environment, with all available amenities within a 15-minute accessibility.
