The team of our bureau has developed the concept of an open shopping center - a project that combines the functions of trade and public space. Different meanings in a single solution of a quality environment.

As a basis, we took the concepts of medieval cities with an irregular structure, such as Siena, Lucca. Their formation is based on the central square, as a place where all citizens meet, communicate and spend time. The extensive network of streets leading to the square is filled with life and spaces of various types: trade, catering, educational and entertainment functions.

Commercial buildings, in accordance with the concept of the Italian city, become quarters. Each quarter contains various functions: several pavilions dedicated to food, communication service offices, banks, a separate quarter for placing marketplaces. We also included a bar street, specially removed from the main spaces and the playground. And of course, a bright element typical of Italian cities - a high-rise dominant - in our project has become a clock tower, which is visible from all sides.
