The economic idea of the place is a public space, open to absolutely all citizens at any time of the year and day, served by the adjacent food court. The PLATAN SQUARE project is a completely private initiative, for citizens from an initiative citizen. PLATAN SQUARE is a distinctive example of a project for our bureau, as we conducted a sociological study specifically for it, which shaped the appearance and functional content of the space. During the survey, the citizens also expressed a unanimous opinion: there is not enough chamber public space to stop for a minute among the speed and pace of the modern city. The potential of the territory is great. Location in the city center, intimacy and the presence of wall textures that correspond to the image of the historical city, a strong connection with trading floors. Various scenarios of city life are placed in the chamber public space PLATAN SQUARE in the city center. The results of the social survey helped to outline the needs of citizens and influenced the choice of functional areas of the future public space: ▪️ food court ▪️ square with plane trees ▪️ area for street art works and exhibitions ▪️ summer cinema and performance area ▪️ separate collection area and toilet area
